On the Bus
I used to drive in Tsukuba when I was a graduate student, but upon returning here as a reseacher and finding an apartment near the workplace, we decided not to purchase a car and go through the (tremendous!) hassle of obtaining a Japanese driver's license. After all, there's a bus that passes behind our house almost every hour, and as long as we plan our trips well, we really don't have to worry about transportation. Besides, it's cheaper and environment-friendly in the long run. In this photo, Theo is seen riding the bus on our way to Tsukuba Center yesterday.
In the photos below, Theo is seen in various shades of cuteness, or should I say, in various shades of trying to be cute (hehe...).
